Coti Collins is a fan favorite here in West Virginia, but has yet to be recognized around the world. If you know Coti, she travels the United States with her showcase talent, and continues to wow the crowds.
This past weekend, Coti competed and won the title of Miss East Coast America. So, we here at West Virginia Queer News want to congratulate her on her big win, and let her know she is greatly loved by her fellow West Virginians.
