"Bitches with Balls"

She entered stage left and demurely sat on a chair – her back ¾ to the audience. She peeked over her shoulder and slowly turned as she sang in a baritone voice, “the minute you walked in the joint…” The crowd, now realizing Ashley Stone was not born a woman, loved it. Ashley was neither a great singer, nor a great dancer, but with her beaming confidence and clever lyric changes she carried the performance to a rousing applause. But, it was something more, a deeper honesty and sincerity in who she was that the crowd experienced. Ashley was having a great time, and it was infectious: pure entertainment. Good energy = good response.

She exubes excitement and the crowd enthusiastically waits for her next performance of a lifetime.

CAN YOU SPARE A RIDE?

Many trans girls -- cross dressers in particular -- don’t tend to mix their “girl life with their “boy interests.” Not so with Michelle St James from Charleston, WV. She put on a pretty summer outfit, applied her make up, fixed her hair, and stepped out to enjoy her other love – cars. She attended the local Auto Show, and wandered the floor exuding confidence and a joy in being who she is. But, what I want to know is, did you try on the pink T-bird, or the 4x4?

When you speak of girls with balls, there is only one Queen, Flawless Viki Williams, known to her friends simply as, Viki. In the past she won the title of Ms Pride of WV at the Capital Center in Charleston, WV before a filled house. She has also been a long time house cast member of the Broadway.

 Viki, MC at the always busy Broadway, says that being a female impersonator has been a very big part of her life. Viki Williams has became a legend in the capital city of WV. She is known for her impecable talent as a female illusionist.

Flawless Viki knows of what she speaks, she has been a trans-warrior challenging the status quo since before most of you had a thought in your head about dressing, let alone going out. With over ten plus years in the entertainment business, she has been the center of some of the most prestigious title changes to some of the most talked about. She has also done a lot of charity work for organizations throughout the state such as CAN and many more organizations that need her help.  

Flawless Viki, fondly called Mother by the WV performance crowd, is a quiet legend that is driven by her heart, not her ego, which of course is why people are so inspired by her. Lead on Mother Viki - lead on.

Put to Rest

You just can't salute the girls with balls without paying tribute to the trans entertainers who challenge the status quo every time they step on a stage.

Moreover, the legends who have crossed the stage at local bars. One queen was paid tribute to, on Halloween this year. Ms Bridget Nickles laid to rest her alter-ego. She was a legend in the state and will forever, be remembered.

With a career that spanned over 20 years and many titles in the history books.
